Before starting Thousand, I was a longtime cyclist who never wore a helmet. However, after losing a friend in a fatal bike crash, I realized the importance of safety and decided to make a change. Dissatisfied with the uninspiring helmets available on the market, I embarked on the journey of designing a helmet that people would actually want to wear.

We named our company Thousand with the ambitious goal of saving 1000 lives by creating helmets that prioritize both safety and style. Our name serves as a daily reminder of our mission and the reason behind everything we do.
